Dropshipping is a free service we offer to sellers. In a nutshell, we act as your warehouse. You purchase the items, but they are kept at our location until an order is placed.
Our dropshipping service is ideal for
- Sellers that don’t have a lot of space for inventory
- Sellers outside of the US with a large US customer base
- Sellers with a low shipping overhead
International sellers with a customer base within their own country would not benefit from this service, as buyers may be charged a customs fee. It is your responsibility to inform buyers of customs fees, and the rules and laws surrounding them. We cannot waive or pre-pay customs fees, and are not responsible for these fees when they occur.
Placing an Order
When you place your order, please indicate whether or not you would like to use this service. There is no charge for doing so. You can choose to have your entire order dropshipped, or have part of your order sent out to you. You will be responsible for a shipping fee for the portion of your order that is sent to you.
You will receive an invoice via PayPal for your order. Coupon codes, gift cards, and other promotions are not valid on wholesale orders. Once the invoice has been paid, your items will either be sent to you, or stored away from other inventory and tracked. You will also be responsible for keeping track of your inventory. You will not get a notice when your supplies are running low. If a buyer purchase is received for more than you have in your inventory, you will be notified.
Receiving a Sale
Items in our dropship service can be listed on your store as available inventory. When you receive a sale, you will be required to collect a shipping fee on these items. While the service itself is free, we do not offer free shipping.
Shipping prices are as follows:
- Addresses within the US: $2.50
- Addresses outside the US: $5.50
These are flat rate costs.
When you receive an order for items in our dropshipping service, you would forward the order and the shipping fee along to us. The easiest way to do this is with PayPal. Using the send money option, you would select “Pay for a service” and use the email address that your initial invoice was sent from. Include a copy of the order in your notes. You will be sent a tracking number, which you can pass on to your customer.
We are not responsible for orders that are not passed on to us. The reason we use PayPal is because there is a clear record of everything that is sent and received, giving both sides protections.
As your inventory will already be set aside for you, processing times will be much shorter than our usual shop processing times. You can expect orders to go out within 1-2 business days of receipt.
Your dropshipped inventory may not all be from the same dye lot, especially if you order a large amount of a single colour. Colourways sent out to buyers will always be of the same dye lot.
